Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Hungercat Ventures Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality software and digital solutions. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.

Service-Based Refunds

Since most of our work involves custom development and human hours, refunds are generally handled as follows:

• Before Commencement: If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit (minus any banking/transaction fees) will be provided.
• Within 24 Hours of Start: A refund is only available within 24 hours of starting the project.
• After Starting: Once a project has been actively worked on for more than 24 hours, no refunds will be available.
• Post-Completion: Once a project is completed and handed over to the client, no refunds will be issued.

Digital Products

For any ready-made software or digital products, refunds are only issued if the product is proven to be non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (usually 7-10 business days).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at sales@hungercat.com with your project details and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
