IMJ Institutions, a group of eight educational institutions based in Kundapura, approached Hungercat to build a WhatsApp-based chatbot and CRM system to strengthen their marketing and communication efforts. The goal was to create an automated system to engage prospective students, send promotional messages, and handle inquiries efficiently through WhatsApp.

Projects solution
Hungercat developed a fully customized WhatsApp Chatbot integrated with a marketing CRM, enabling IMJ Institutions to automate student engagement campaigns, send bulk promotions, and manage communication leads from a single dashboard. The chatbot was coded in-house using the WhatsApp Business API and fully tailored to the institution’s brand tone and workflow. Admin users can now manage leads, send scheduled messages, track responses, and analyze performance data — simplifying large-scale marketing for all eight institutions.
