IMJ Institutions, a group of eight educational institutions based in Kundapura, approached Hungercat to build a WhatsApp-based chatbot and CRM system to strengthen their marketing and communication efforts. The chatbot was coded in-house using the WhatsApp Business API and fully tailored to the institution’s brand tone and workflow. Admin users can now manage leads, send scheduled messages, track responses, and analyze performance data — simplifying large-scale marketing for all eight institutions.
